This booklet was created, designed and issued to accompany the SOS Session. All material has been around since before yesterday, but for the record, the actual book was written, compiled and published in June 2008.

Much of the material appeared in the hard bound book, Card Tricks Now and Then, which was published in 2001.

This booklet was accompanied by a smaller, second booklet, titled The SOS Supplemental with Al Smith: Travis Perkins Special.
